We are excited to introduce the Selectorized Standing Multi-Flight Version 3! Machines are available in white and black, and are in stock and ship within 15-20 business days with free freight curbside delivery.

Version 3 upgrades include:

  • Thirty starting positions on the sliding assembly, increased from fifteen on Version 2. This allows for maximum adjustability and helps you dial in the perfect starting height for your height and build.

  • Three-position adjustable head pad that lets you choose the most comfortable angle or remove the head pad assembly entirely, if you prefer.

  • Laser-cut metal dial numbering rather than printed stickers from earlier versions. This provides a far more durable and premium look and feel.

  • Pre-installed dial assemblies, fully installed and tested in our warehouse by our experienced staff. This removes the most complex step of assembly and makes the overall process as simple and straightforward as possible.

Version 3 also carries forward all Version 2 upgrades:

  • Redesigned handles with a shorter stem, longer grip, and a refined angle that delivers a more natural feel and a biomechanically correct motion path.

  • Eight additional dial start points, providing nearly 360 degrees of starting positions and maximum pre-stretch across all movements. This opens the door to deeper chest flyes, as well as unilateral pullovers, biceps curls, and triceps extensions.

  • Upgraded bearings and components for smoother performance, improved consistency, and long-term durability.

The Temple of Gainz Selectorized Standing Multi-Flight Machine is the shoulder and chest builder you never knew you needed - but once you try it, you’ll never want to train without it.

At the core of this machine are two rotating cams connected to swiveling movement arms that move forward/backward and left/right. This unique design delivers constant tension upwards and downwards across 25 different circular angles and 15 hydraulic-assisted height adjustments.

Versatile Training Options:

With quick adjustments, the Multi-Flight V2 allows you to perform a wide variety of chest and shoulder movements, including:

  • Standing lateral raises for lateral delts

  • Bent-over lateral raises (with head support pad) for rear delts, traps, and rhomboids

  • Unilateral front raises for anterior delts

  • Chest flies to fully engage the pecs with deep range-of-motion. Adjust the sliding assembly height to hit different areas of your chest.

  • Unilateral pulldowns / pullovers for lats, using the added dial stop points in V2

  • Bonus: Users have shared videos performing unilateral biceps curls, unilateral triceps extensions, and even hip abduction and adduction movements, by putting a foam sleeve over the handles!

Whether training unilaterally or bilaterally, the nearly 360° starting positions let you customize “pre-stretch” for maximum tension throughout the full range of motion. The starting weight is 5kg / 11 lb at a 2:1 pulley ratio.

Why We Call It the Deltoid Variant:

The Multi-Flight was designed to isolate every part of your deltoids while adding unique chest and back variations - making it one of the most versatile upper-body machines you can own.

Compact, versatile, and powerful, this is the machine that will redefine how you train!

Assembly Expectations 💪

Temple of Gainz selectorized machines are heavy-duty, commercial-grade equipment designed for serious training, and they require proper tools and at least two people for assembly.

These are not flat-packed or lightweight items; they arrive crated and disassembled, and are built for heavy duty use and demand time and effort to set up correctly. We provide detailed assembly manuals for every model, but please be prepared for the process.

Although the majority of our customers are able to assemble the machines themselves, if you are not experienced with equipment that involves bearings, guide rods, weight stacks, and/or heavy frames, we strongly recommend hiring a local fitness equipment technician.

Companies such as Fitness Machine Technicians typically charge $200 to $400 per machine, which can save you 2 to 6+ hours, depending on your tools and experience.

Please note that we do not offer assembly services outside of the Los Angeles area, as hiring locally is usually faster and more cost-effective, and we prefer to pass those savings on to you!
