The Temple of Gainz Selectorized Standing Multi-Flight V3 is an exceptionally versatile upper-body training machine designed to deliver smooth, controlled resistance across a wide variety of chest, shoulder, and back exercises.

Featuring independently adjustable bidirectional rotating handles, an adjustable headpad, and 30 hydraulic-assisted height adjustment positions, the Multi-Flight V3 allows users to customize their starting positions, movement angles, and range of motion to accommodate different exercises, body types, and training preferences.

Version 3 Improvements

Version 3 introduces several significant upgrades designed to improve adjustability, comfort, durability, and ease of assembly.

• 30 Hydraulic-Assisted Height Adjustment Positions: Increased from 15 positions in Version 2, the expanded sliding assembly provides greater precision when selecting starting heights for different users and exercises.
• Three-Position Adjustable Head Pad: The updated head support pad offers three adjustable angles for improved comfort and positioning. The entire head pad assembly can also be removed if preferred.
• Laser-Cut Metal Dial Numbering: Durable, laser-cut metal numbering replaces the printed stickers used on earlier versions, providing a cleaner appearance and improved long-term durability.
• Pre-Installed Dial Assemblies: Both dial assemblies are now fully installed and tested by our experienced warehouse team before shipment. This eliminates one of the most complex assembly steps and makes the overall installation process significantly easier.
• Extended, Biomechanically Optimized Handles: Newest production Version 3 machines feature longer handles that have been tested and refined to provide greater flexibility in hand positioning. The extended grip length allows users to position their hands farther forward or backward along the handles, helping them find their preferred starting position, optimize comfort, and customize the feel of each movement based on their individual biomechanics.

Beyond Power VOLTRA Digital Resistance Integration

The Selectorized Standing Multi-Flight V3 is also available with our patent-pending Beyond Power VOLTRA Digital Resistance Integration.

This optional configuration allows a compatible Beyond Power VOLTRA to replace the traditional weight stack, reducing the initial machine cost while providing additional control over resistance.

With VOLTRA, users can customize resistance curves, experiment with eccentric overload, perform drop sets, and create resistance profiles that would not be possible with a traditional fixed weight stack.

Configuration Options

Weight Stack Configuration

Includes a 120 kg / 264 lb selectorized weight stack, providing convenient resistance adjustments without loading or unloading weight plates.

VOLTRA-Only Configuration

Includes the Temple of Gainz proprietary VOLTRA retrofit mounting system, VOLTRA-compatible cable routing, a direct 1:1 attachment option, and a hook attachment point for an optional 1:2 pulley configuration.

The VOLTRA-Only Configuration does not include a Beyond Power VOLTRA, DIY Dock, weight stack, guide rods, climbing pulley, or the standard weight-stack cable.

A compatible climbing pulley is required for 1:2 operation and must be purchased separately.

Important: Selecting the VOLTRA-Only Configuration means the machine cannot be operated without a compatible VOLTRA connected.

A metallic cable hook is included to secure the cable to the frame whenever the VOLTRA is removed. When disconnected, the cable must always be placed on this hook to prevent it from retracting upward into the machine.

A dedicated VOLTRA-Only video manual will explain proper installation, setup, stowing, and operation.

Use of the VOLTRA with this machine is at the user's discretion and requires careful adherence to both Temple of Gainz and Beyond Power operating instructions.

Future Weight Stack Conversion

Customers who purchase the VOLTRA-Only Configuration may later purchase the components required to convert the machine to the traditional Weight Stack Configuration, subject to availability and compatibility.

Freight shipping may cost approximately $400 or more, depending on destination, carrier rates, delivery requirements, and accessorial charges.
