Pricing & Price Adjustment Policy

At Temple of Gainz, we want you to be happy with your purchase. We understand that prices change, and although we cannot predict when sales will happen or what the promotions will be, they do occur. If the price of an identical item you purchased from Templeofgainz.com is reduced within 14 calendar days of your order date, you may request a one-time store credit for the difference.

 How to Request:
Please email customerservice@templeofgainz.com within 14 days of your order date. Include your order number and a link or screenshot showing the lower price. We will review and respond within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday).

 Important Details:

• Adjustments are issued as store credit only; refunds to the original payment method are not available.
  
• Only identical SKUs that are in stock on both dates are eligible. If you have already received your product and the item is out of stock or backordered at the time of your request, the adjustment will be denied.
  
• Only one price adjustment may be requested per order.
  
• Clearance or final-sale items, bundled packages, and orders placed through third-party sellers or used/pre-owned marketplaces are not eligible.
  
• Price differences resulting from taxes, shipping, or coupon stacking are excluded. For example, if a promotion offers additional savings when multiple products are purchased, and your original order did not meet those condition - or one of the qualifying products is out of stock - your request will be denied.

Promotions & Major Sales:
For major sitewide promotions or holiday flash sales, Temple of Gainz may exclude those events from eligibility.

 Additional Notes:
This policy is offered as a courtesy and is applied at the sole discretion of Temple of Gainz. Approved adjustments will be issued as store credit only, which can be used toward a future order. Store credit cannot be exchanged or converted into a refund or partial refund to the original payment method.
