Version 2 upgrades include a cable + carabiner construction, to allow for different attachments, or unilateral work (rotating pronation + supination knurled handle attachment is included) and a heavier 70kgs / 154lbs weight stack.

The Temple of Gainz Selectorized Standing Wrist Curl Machine Version 2 is an incredibly unique machine designed to strengthen and grow your forearms.

With a 44" high forearm support pad and swiveling knurled aluminum handles, this machine allows you to perform both supinated and pronated wrist curls, using a selectorized weight stack.

Version 2 connects to the weight stack with a cable + carabiner, allowing you to use the included pivoting knurled aluminum handle (on bearings), or use your own attachment (and perform unilateral work / other movements).

This machine takes up a minimal 1.77' W x 1.57' L x 3.67' H footprint and Version 2 now offers 70kgs / 154lbs of total resistance (at a 1:1 ratio), in 5kgs / 11 lbs increments. 

Designed to be as compact as possible, with convenience and efficiency in mind, this machine makes training forearms easy and is the perfect super-set exercise, to combine with any movement in your program.
