Training calves has never been easier with the Temple of Gainz Selectorized Calf Raise Machine, a commercial-grade unit built with heavy-duty construction and an incredible feel.
Version 2 of this machine was redesigned from the ground up, featuring longer shoulder pads and ergonomic neutral-grip handles to provide a more comfortable and natural lifting position.
The textured, non-slip footplate allows you to train with shoes or barefoot without losing grip, giving you full confidence throughout every set and rep.
With a compact footprint of just 4.43 ft L x 3.12 ft W, this machine takes up minimal floor space while delivering a smooth and effective standing calf workout. A robust 120 kg / 264 lb selectorized weight stack paired with a 1:1 pulley ratio ensures consistent resistance and a strong contraction for building powerful calves.
Version 3 Upgrade:
Version 3 introduces rear support feet, which stabilize the machine while getting on and off and during heavy use. This added reinforcement improves overall stability and confidence when setting up for your sets.
Strengthen, tone, and grow your calves, and never have an excuse to skip calf day again!
Assembly Expectations πͺ
Temple of Gainz selectorized machines are heavy-duty, commercial-grade equipment designed for serious training, and they require proper tools and at least two people for assembly.
These are not flat-packed or lightweight items; they arrive crated and disassembled, and are built for heavy duty use and demand time and effort to set up correctly. We provide detailed assembly manuals for every model, but please be prepared for the process.
Although the majority of our customers are able to assemble the machines themselves, if you are not experienced with equipment that involves bearings, guide rods, weight stacks, and/or heavy frames, we strongly recommend hiring a local fitness equipment technician.
Companies such as Fitness Machine Technicians typically charge $200 to $400 per machine, which can save you 2 to 6+ hours, depending on your tools and experience.
Please note that we do not offer assembly services outside of the Los Angeles area, as hiring locally is usually faster and more cost-effective, and we prefer to pass those savings on to you!
