The Temple of Gainz Plate-Loaded Iso-Lateral Horizontal Bench Press Machine is a legendary seated chest building machine that allows you to target and isolate your pectoral muscles.
Similar to our Seated Bench Press Machine in that it features converging movement arms that target the chest muscles, but in a more familiar horizontal position that more closely mimics a barbell or dumbbell bench press movement.
Featuring a comfortable and stable back pad with independent converging arms, comfortable and slip-resistant knurled aluminum handles, and super-smooth high-quality bearings, this machine makes developing symmetrical chest strength and hypertrophy gainz safe, fun, and effective.
