The Temple of Gainz Plate-Loaded Iso-Lateral Decline Bench Press Machine is a body-building staple and the perfect machine to hit your lower chest / pectoral muscles. Similar to our Seated Bench Press Machine, Incline Chest Press Machine, and Wide Chest Press Machine, this is a seated bench press machine, but targets the lower chest through a decline seated position and converging movement arms on a biomechanically correct decline trajectory. 

Featuring a spring-loaded adjustable height seat pad and comfortable back pad, this machine allows you to easily and quickly find the perfect starting position for your body and build. Four optional weight storage horns make loading and unloading the machine easy and convenient.

With independent converging arms, comfortable and slip-resistant knurled aluminum handles, heavy-duty commercial-grade construction, and super-smooth high-quality bearings, this machine makes developing symmetrical chest strength and hypertrophy gainz safe, fun, and effective.

Included with this machine (not pictured) is a seatbelt, which bolts to the seat assembly to secure you to the machine, even at higher weight loads!
