Similar to our Seated Bench Press Machine, Incline Chest Press Machine, and Wide Chest Press Machine, this is a seated bench press machine, but targets the lower chest through a decline seated position and converging movement arms on a biomechanically correct decline trajectory.ย
Featuring a spring-loaded adjustable height seat pad and comfortable back pad, this machine allows you to easily and quickly find the perfect starting position for your body and build. Four optional weight storage horns make loading and unloading the machine easy and convenient.
