• Rapid weight changes
• Custom resistance curves

• Maximum training efficiency
Integration requires the optional Voltra brackets and either of the following:
• Standard sliding assemblies with a bar to carabiner attachment (not included), or
• Optional dedicated sliding assemblies that replace the weight horns with carabiner attachment points
The Best Press Machine Ever? We Think So!
The Converging Smith Bench Press Version 3 delivers the most complete chest and shoulder pressing platform ever engineered. It blends the stability and power of a Smith machine with the biomechanics and freedom of independent converging arms.
With thirteen angle settings ranging from negative 15 degree decline to 75 degree incline, this is the ultimate decline, flat, and incline press solution. The sliding bench assembly with thirty laser engraved positions, the adjustable footpeg, and the new safety stop system give you the stability and confidence to take every set to the limit.
The new adjustable width handles solve one of the biggest limitations of similar machines. Handle width remains ideal at every angle and for every user height. Every press feels smooth, natural, and powerful, with unmatched stability and control.
For plate loaded use, the machine features six storage horns and a movement arm capacity of 125 kilograms (275 pounds). Optional band pegs allow you to customize the resistance curve for advanced training.
For Voltra users, Version 3 offers an industry first hybrid design that allows you to run the machine like a selectorized unit without sacrificing the feel of converging arms.
Assembly Expectations
Temple of Gainz selectorized machines are heavy-duty, commercial-grade equipment designed for serious training, and they require proper tools and at least two people for assembly.
These are not flat-packed or lightweight items; they arrive crated and disassembled, and are built for heavy duty use and demand time and effort to set up correctly. We provide detailed assembly manuals for every model, but please be prepared for the process.
Although the majority of our customers are able to assemble the machines themselves, if you are not experienced with equipment that involves bearings, guide rods, weight stacks, and/or heavy frames, we strongly recommend hiring a local fitness equipment technician.
Companies such as Fitness Machine Technicians typically charge $200 to $400 per machine, which can save you 2 to 6+ hours, depending on your tools and experience.
Please note that we do not offer assembly services outside of the Los Angeles area, as hiring locally is usually faster and more cost-effective, and we prefer to pass those savings on to you!
You can read more on our Product & Assembly Policy page and learn about the shipping and delivery process on our Shipping Policy page. If you have any questions, please contact us - we are here to help!
*Please note: two Beyond Power Voltra units are required, along with either the DIY Dock or the DIY Dock with Base Plate. Voltra units and docks are not included. Beyond Power Voltra and the Fixed Rack Mount (five eighths inch holes) are required for integration. Temple of Gainz does not manufacture or guarantee Voltra products. Use of the Voltra system with this machine is entirely at the user’s own risk. Although tested for compatibility, by integrating Voltra you accept all associated risks, including injury or equipment damage.
