HomeGymCon Convention Machine Purchase Terms and Conditions
Please read carefully before purchasing. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
*Showroom Exhibition Condition*
These machines will be used as display and demonstration units at HomeGymCon. They should be considered scratch-and-dent showroom equipment and will likely have cosmetic imperfections, including scratches, scuffs, chips, marks, or other signs of handling and use.
All machines will remain fully functional and will include the applicable Temple of Gainz product warranty. Cosmetic damage and normal showroom wear are not covered.
*Payment and Cancellation*
Orders must be paid in full before the show. Your payment method will be charged within 24 to 48 hours after the order is placed.
Because we are transporting this equipment from Los Angeles and planning both our outbound and return logistics based on advance sales, all cancellations made after an online purchase, whether before or during the show, are subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
*Pickup & Transportation Requirements*
The purchase price includes the machine as located at the Temple of Gainz booth floor. It does not include disassembly, moving, loading, delivery, transportation, and/or removal from the convention center.
Temple of Gainz will not move the machine from the booth, transport it through the convention center, load it into your vehicle, or provide labor or equipment to assist with removal.
This is not because we are unwilling to help. Our team will have limited staffing and must focus on operating and breaking down the booth.
*You Are Responsible for Removal*
You are solely responsible for:
Bringing enough people to safely move the machine
Bringing any dollies, moving carts, straps, tools, protective materials, or other equipment needed
Disassembling the machine, if necessary
Coordinating access, loading, parking, and removal requirements
Removing the machine from the Temple of Gainz booth and the convention center within the required timeframe
Contacting HomeGymCon directly for move-out procedures, recommended vendors, building rules, and best practices
Please do not purchase unless you are fully prepared to handle removal without assistance from Temple of Gainz.
*Failure to Remove Equipment*
If you are unable to remove the machine from the booth or convention center, you remain responsible for arranging another method of removal.
Any moving, storage, disposal, handling, labor, freight, or other charges assessed to Temple of Gainz because the machine was not removed properly or on time will be charged to the payment method on file.
*Final Sale*
All HomeGymCon showroom machine purchases are final sale and nonreturnable.
The machines remain covered by the applicable product warranty for functional or mechanical issues. Cosmetic wear, scratches, scuffs, and other showroom-related imperfections are not grounds for return, refund, exchange, or warranty replacement.
*Required Acknowledgment*
By purchasing a HomeGymCon model, you understand that this is a scratch-and-dent showroom machine, that the sale is final, and that Temple of Gainz will not move, disassemble, load, deliver, or otherwise assist with removing the machine from the booth or convention center. You accept full responsibility for arranging and completing removal.
