The Temple of Gainz Selectorized Standing Wrist Curl Machine is an incredibly unique machine designed to strengthen and grow your forearms.
With a 44" high forearm support pad and swiveling knurled aluminum handles, this machine allows you to perform both supinated and pronated wrist curls, using a selectorized weight stack.
This machine takes up a minimal 1.77' W x 1.57' L x 3.67' H footprint and offers 50kgs / 110lbs of total resistance (at a 1:1 ratio), in 5kgs / 11 lbs increments.Β
Designed to be as compact as possible, with convenience and efficiency in mind, this machine makes training forearms easy and is the perfect super-set exercise, to combine with any movement in your program.
