The Temple of Gainz Plate-Loaded Seated Triceps Dip Machine is the perfect machine for those looking to utilize and push the dip motion to strength and grow their triceps and lower chest. 

This machine is perfect for those who do not feel comfortable or able to perform body weight dips (such as with the Dip Handle Attachment for our All-in-One Rack) or those who simply enjoy the movement and want to isolate their triceps and/or chest.

With this machine, the movement can be performed facing the machine, utilizing the seat and knee pads to lock yourself in place, or facing away the machine, for a different - but equally effective - feel.

Weight horns for this machine can be installed facing inwards (as shown), which maximizes space, or facing outwards, which makes loading plates more convenient. This machine also includes two (optional) weight storage horns.

The movement arm connecting crossmember can be installed for a unilateral movement, where the entire movement arm assembly moves together, or not installed, allowing for a independent, bilateral movement arms.

We also include a seatbelt with this machine, which can be installed on the seat assembly, to lock you into place, whether you are facing towards or away from the machine.
