The Temple of Gainz Iso-Lateral Linear Row Version 2 delivers a smooth, consistent rowing motion with independent arm movement that prioritizes balanced strength development, muscle isolation, and a rock-solid feel. Whether you are training alone in your garage gym or stacking serious plates in a commercial facility, this is a row machine that earns its place in the best of the best gyms.
Smooth linear motion for real back development
Our industrial grade linear bearings make every rep feel clean and controlled, without jerky starts or stops. Each arm moves independently, so you can:
-
Train unilateral strength and fix imbalances
-
Maintain perfect tension throughout every rep
-
Max out load without compromise
Designed for power, engineered for precision
The TOG Iso-Linear Row features:
✔ Independently articulating arms
Train each side of your back with equal tension and perfect mechanical alignment. Handles smoothly swivel 360° on bearings.
✔ Linear bearing guide rods
Premium bearings deliver buttery smooth motion and long-term reliability.
✔ Heavy-duty construction
Reinforced brackets and welds, and precision machining stand up to daily use.
✔ Adjustable back pad and footplate
Back pad can be adjusted forward + backward and angle adjustable. Footplate angle can be adjusted to further dial in your position for consistent biomechanics on every pull.
✔ Plate-loaded resistance, weight storage, and reverse band pegs
Add standard Olympic plates to build strength without fuss. Thanks to the efficient iso-mechanics and heavy-duty construction, a little weight goes a long way. A surprisingly minimal load is needed to achieve maximal results.
Two optional integrated weight storage horns keep plates within reach, while optional reverse band pegs allow you to further manipulate the resistance curve for overload work, accommodating resistance, or targeted strength & hypertrophy emphasis.

Assembly Expectations
Temple of Gainz selectorized machines are heavy-duty, commercial-grade equipment designed for serious training, and they require proper tools and at least two people for assembly.
These are not flat-packed or lightweight items; they arrive crated and disassembled, and are built for heavy duty use and demand time and effort to set up correctly. We provide detailed assembly manuals for every model, but please be prepared for the process.
Although the majority of our customers are able to assemble the machines themselves, if you are not experienced with equipment that involves bearings, guide rods, weight stacks, and/or heavy frames, we strongly recommend hiring a local fitness equipment technician.
Companies such as Fitness Machine Technicians typically charge $200 to $400 per machine, which can save you 2 to 6+ hours, depending on your tools and experience.
Please note that we do not offer assembly services outside of the Los Angeles area, as hiring locally is usually faster and more cost-effective, and we prefer to pass those savings on to you!
