The Temple of Gainz Plate-Loaded Adjustable Chest-Supported T-Bar Row Version 2 is an incredible back-building machine, with a wide range of adjustments and features, in an exceptionally compact footprint. 

The adjustable foot platform allows users of all heights to find the optimum starting position. You may also experiment with different starting positions, to hit the upper, middle, or lower portions of your back. In addition to your starting height/position, handles adjust inwards and outwards, allowing you to also target different muscles of your back.

The super comfortable and ergonomic rubber grip handles also swivel left and right, and up and down, and rotate, creating 360 degrees of incredibly natural and biomechanically correct movement patterns, unique to every individual.

The chest support pad is extremely comfortable and allows for stability to really focus on the back muscles. The starting position is easy to set up and un-rack, and the rubber stopper allows you to lower the bar safely if you are not able to re-rack to the starting position.

Version 2 now features steps on either side of the machine, allowing you to more easily get in place to begin the movement. We also added laser-engraved numbers on the footplate height adjustment mechanism, which makes changing your starting position and recalling it for future use easier than ever.
