The Temple of Gainz Selectorized Standing Wrist Curl Machine is an incredibly unique machine designed to strengthen and grow your forearms.

Version 3 Upgrade:

Version 3 introduces a lowered handle cradle and starting position, allowing for greater range of motion and a deeper stretch at the beginning of each rep.

Version 2 upgrades include a cable and carabiner connection, allowing for different attachments or unilateral work (a rotating pronation and supination knurled handle attachment is included), along with a heavier 70 kg / 154 lb weight stack.

With a 44 inch high forearm support pad and swiveling knurled aluminum handles, this machine allows you to perform both supinated and pronated wrist curls using a selectorized weight stack.

Version 2 connects to the weight stack using a cable and carabiner, allowing you to use the included pivoting knurled aluminum handle on bearings, or attach your own handle for unilateral work or additional forearm movements.

This machine takes up a minimal 1.77 ft W x 1.57 ft L x 3.67 ft H footprint, while delivering serious forearm training capability. Version 2 offers a 70 kg / 154 lb weight stack, in 5 kg / 11 lb increments.

Designed to be as compact as possible with convenience and efficiency in mind, this machine makes training forearms easy and is the perfect superset movement to pair with almost any exercise in your program.
