Version 2 upgrades include a thicker tube frame for the rear support base for additional stability and an additional starting hole for the rear delt movement, for maximum range-of-motion (ROM)! All machines have the maximum capacity 120 kg / 264 lb stack, at a 1:1 pulley ratio.

The Temple of Gainz Selectorized Lat Pulldown + Seated Row Machine is the ultimate back builder.

The comfortable bench pad and pin-locked, adjustable-height knee rollers lock you securely in place for lat pulldowns, no matter your size or build. Train your lats with heavy, controlled reps to build serious pulling strength and develop that coveted V-taper.

The long bench pad and foot pegs set you up perfectly for seated rows, letting you switch seamlessly to target the mid-back, traps, and rhomboids for complete back development.

This machine comes standard with a heavy-duty wide bar and narrow bar, both with a grippy rubber texture to keep your hold solid no matter the load. The quick-clip carabiners also make it compatible with any attachment from other manufacturers, giving you endless variety and versatility.

At just 6.39 ft (L) x 2.54 ft (W), it delivers two of the most popular movements in any commercial gym in one compact footprint - so you can stop waiting in line and start building your back from the comfort of your home gym.

Assembly Expectations 💪

Temple of Gainz selectorized machines are heavy-duty, commercial-grade equipment designed for serious training, and they require proper tools and at least two people for assembly.

These are not flat-packed or lightweight items; they arrive crated and disassembled, and are built for heavy duty use and demand time and effort to set up correctly. We provide detailed assembly manuals for every model, but please be prepared for the process.

Although the majority of our customers are able to assemble the machines themselves, if you are not experienced with equipment that involves bearings, guide rods, weight stacks, and/or heavy frames, we strongly recommend hiring a local fitness equipment technician.

Companies such as Fitness Machine Technicians typically charge $200 to $400 per machine, which can save you 2 to 6+ hours, depending on your tools and experience.

Please note that we do not offer assembly services outside of the Los Angeles area, as hiring locally is usually faster and more cost-effective, and we prefer to pass those savings on to you!
