The Selectorized Chest + Rear Delt Fly Version 2 Machine is in stock in black and white! Orders placed now ship within 10 to 20 business days, with free freight shipping included!
All machines now come standard with the maximum capacity 120kgs/264lbs weight stack!
Version 2 upgrades include a thicker tube frame for the rear support base for additional stability and an addition starting hole for the rear delt movement, for maximum range-of-motion (ROM)!
The Temple of Gainz Selectorized Chest + Rear Delt Fly Machine is the perfect dual function combination unit to hit your pectoral muscles and rear deltoids with a smooth, easy-to-use selectorized weight stack. Commonly referred to as the "Pec Deck," this machine seems to always be occupied in commercial gyms, but can now be all yours!
Featuring texturized rubber grips and a spring-loaded adjustable seat height, this machine puts you in the perfect position to use the vertical handles to "squeeze" your pecs and perform a chest fly movement with even tension throughout the movement - impossible to do with a traditional horizontal bench dumbbell fly.
Or, face the other direction and use the horizontal handles to "open" your arms outwards and hit those tricky rear deltoids with an even tension curve, also impossible with dumbbell variations, such as bent over rear delt flies.
With 9 pin-locked adjustable positions (on each side), you can adjust your starting position/angle and control your range of motion. Perfect for those with sensitive rotator cuffs or rehabilitating from injury, this adjustability ensures you hit these important muscle groups safely and effectively with settings that work for you.
At only 3.85' L x 4.27' W (with arms extended), this machine takes up very little space but provides enormous functionality and performance for dual-function chest and deltoid training!
Assembly Expectations 💪
Temple of Gainz selectorized machines are heavy-duty, commercial-grade equipment designed for serious training, and they require proper tools and at least two people for assembly.
These are not flat-packed or lightweight items; they arrive crated and disassembled, and are built for heavy duty use and demand time and effort to set up correctly. We provide detailed assembly manuals for every model, but please be prepared for the process.
Although the majority of our customers are able to assemble the machines themselves, if you are not experienced with equipment that involves bearings, guide rods, weight stacks, and/or heavy frames, we strongly recommend hiring a local fitness equipment technician.
Companies such as Fitness Machine Technicians typically charge $200 to $400 per machine, which can save you 2 to 6+ hours, depending on your tools and experience.
Please note that we do not offer assembly services outside of the Los Angeles area, as hiring locally is usually faster and more cost-effective, and we prefer to pass those savings on to you!
