Training calves has never been easier with the Temple of Gainz Selectorized Calf Raise machine, a commercial-grade machine with heavy-duty construction and an incredible feel.
We re-designed Version 2 of this machine from the ground up, with longer shoulder pads and ergonomic neutral grip handles, for the perfect feel.
The footplate features a textured, non-slip surface, which allows you to use the machine with shoes or barefoot, without losing your grip.
At an incredibly compact size of only 4.43' L x 3.12' W, this machine takes up a minimal footprint, while providing a smooth and effective standing calf workout. Strengthen, tone, and grow your calves and never have an excuse not to train calves again!
Assembly Expectations 💪
Temple of Gainz selectorized machines are heavy-duty, commercial-grade equipment designed for serious training, and they require proper tools and at least two people for assembly.
These are not flat-packed or lightweight items; they arrive crated and disassembled, and are built for heavy duty use and demand time and effort to set up correctly. We provide assembly manuals for every model via QR code rather than printed copies, as we are constantly improving and updating our instructions to make the process as smooth as possible.
Although the majority of our customers are able to assemble the machines themselves, if you are not experienced with equipment that involves bearings, guide rods, weight stacks, and/or heavy frames, we strongly recommend hiring a local fitness equipment technician.
Companies such as Fitness Machine Technicians typically charge $200 to $400 per machine, which can save you 2 to 6+ hours, depending on your tools and experience.
Please note that we do not offer assembly services outside of the Los Angeles area, as hiring locally is usually faster and more cost-effective, and we prefer to pass those savings on to you!
