"THE OMNIPRESS" PLATE-LOADED ADJUSTABLE FID CONVERGING SMITH MACHINE (PREORDER)
THE OMNIPRESS is in stock and ships within 5-15 business days with free curbside freight delivery!
The Omnipress is a ground-up reimagining of traditional Converging Smith Press designs, representing over a year of prototyping and testing. It incorporates extensive engineering improvements, refined mechanics, and structural upgrades to create a highly versatile and complete machine for chest and shoulder training.
This machine has been designed exclusively by the Temple of Gainz team and is not available anywhere else.
Expanded Angle Range and Precision Adjustability
⢠Pressing angles from -15° to 75° in 7.5° increments
⢠Thirteen total pressing angles with laser-engraved markings on the back pad and seat pad
⢠Machine converges at the ideal biomechanical angle of 15° with an upward trajectory of -8° to reduce joint stress and anchor you into position on more incline press movements.
Reengineered Frame Geometry
⢠Increased frame height to allow full range of motion for all user heights
⢠Reduced frame length for a more compact, space-efficient footprint
Oversized Guide Rod System for Maximum Stability
⢠Smith machine guide rods upgraded to 30mm, with sliding bench assembly guide rods at 40mm
⢠Results in a significantly stiffer, more stable, and more controlled movement
Redesigned Sliding Bench Locking System
⢠Right-side sliding bench stops added with a fully reworked forward and backward adjustment system
⢠A centrally located knurled handle engages and disengages both sides simultaneously
⢠Locks the sliding bench assembly on both sides for improved stability under load
⢠Reinforced bracket design increases rigidity and minimizes flex during heavy use
Adjustable Multi-Width Handles
⢠Three handle width settings to accommodate all body types
⢠Maintains optimal grip positioning across decline, flat, and incline movements
Integrated Engagement and Re-Rack System
⢠Re-rack points available across the full range of travel
⢠Smooth, intuitive handle operation for users of all heights
Safety Stop System
⢠Designed to allow safe training without a spotter when used properly
Adjustable Footpeg Assembly
⢠Provides proper leg drive for flat and incline pressing
⢠Functions as a stopper for decline work
⢠Fully adjustable for all user heights
Extended Bench Travel
⢠Twenty-seven forward and backward stop positions
⢠All positions laser-engraved for precision and memory recall
Upgraded Padding
⢠Wider 12" back pad and seat pad for increased support and comfort
Storage and Modularity
⢠Six integrated and optional weight storage horns
⢠Removable and optional band pegs for resistance customization
Beyond Power Voltra Integration Options*
The Omnipress has been engineered for optional patent-pending integration with Beyond Power Voltra, enabling:
⢠A compact, selectorized-style setup
⢠Micro-loading precision
⢠Rapid weight changes
⢠Custom resistance curves
⢠Drop set programming
⢠Maximum training efficiency
Integration requires optional Voltra brackets and either:
⢠Standard sliding assemblies with a bar-to-carabiner attachment (not included), or
⢠Dedicated sliding assemblies that replace weight horns with carabiner attachment points
Both configurations retain all plate-loaded functionality, including sliding assemblies and six storage horns
The Omnipress
The Omnipress is a ground-up reimagining of the converging Smith press, designed to deliver the most complete chest and shoulder training platform available.
With thirteen angle settings ranging from -15° decline to 75° incline, it replaces the need for separate decline, flat, and incline machines in a single system. The extended bench travel, adjustable footpeg, and integrated safety system provide the stability and confidence to train at a high level with full control.
The adjustable multi-width handle system solves one of the biggest limitations of traditional designs. Grip width remains consistent and optimal at every angle and for every user, creating a pressing experience that feels natural, powerful, and stable throughout the full range of motion.
For plate-loaded training, the system includes six storage horns and a movement arm capacity of 125 kg (275 lb). Optional band pegs allow for advanced resistance profiling and progressive overload.
For Voltra users, the Omnipress introduces a hybrid approach that combines the feel of converging arms with the functionality of a selectorized system, without compromise.
Assembly Expectations
Temple of Gainz selectorized machines are heavy-duty, commercial-grade equipment designed for serious training, and they require proper tools and at least two people for assembly.Ā
These are not flat-packed or lightweight items; they arrive crated and disassembled, and are built for heavy duty use and demand time and effort to set up correctly. We provide detailed assembly manuals for every model, but please be prepared for the process.
Although the majority of our customers are able to assemble the machines themselves, if you are not experienced with equipment that involves bearings, guide rods, weight stacks, and/or heavy frames, we strongly recommend hiring a local fitness equipment technician.
Companies such as Fitness Machine Technicians typically charge $200 to $400 per machine, which can save you 2 to 6+ hours, depending on your tools and experience.
Please note that we do not offer assembly services outside of the Los Angeles area, as hiring locally is usually faster and more cost-effective, and we prefer to pass those savings on to you!
You can read more on our Product & Assembly Policy page and learn about the shipping and delivery process on our Shipping Policy page. If you have any questions, please contact us - we are here to help!
Beyond Power Voltra Disclaimer: Integration requires two Beyond Power Voltra units, along with either 2 of the DIY Dock or 2 of the DIY Dock with Base Plate. Voltra units and docks are not included.Ā
Temple of Gainz does not manufacture or guarantee Beyond Power products. Use of the Voltra system with this machine is at the userās own risk. While compatibility has been tested, integration may introduce additional risks, including potential injury or equipment damage. By using Voltra with this machine, the user assumes all associated risk and liability.
