The Temple of Gainz Selectorized Leg Extension and Prone Leg Curl Machine combines two of the most popular and biomechanically effective lower body movements to hit your quads and hamstrings in one heavy-duty machine in a compact footprint.
The seat pad and back pad both feature two adjustable positions; with the seat pad down and back pad up, you can use this as a leg extension machine and with the seat pad up and the back pad down, this machine transforms into a prone leg curl machine.
The movement arm features 9 adjustable starting angles/positions and the foot roller features 5 adjustable angles/positions. These adjustments allow you to hit both the leg extension and prone leg curl movements with a full or partial range of motion, depending your training goals.
Version 2 now contains laser-engraved numbers for the leg roller and movement arm settings, for easy starting point position recall.
With a smooth, even tension curve, and texturized rubber grips for both the leg extension and prone leg curl movements, you'll never have another excuse for missing leg day.
At only 4.27' L x 3.22 W, this machine takes up a minor footprint with major functionality for the two most dominant muscle groups of your lower body!
Assembly Expectations 💪
Temple of Gainz selectorized machines are heavy-duty, commercial-grade equipment designed for serious training, and they require proper tools and at least two people for assembly.
These are not flat-packed or lightweight items; they arrive crated and disassembled, and are built for heavy duty use and demand time and effort to set up correctly. We provide detailed assembly manuals for every model, but please be prepared for the process.
Although the majority of our customers are able to assemble the machines themselves, if you are not experienced with equipment that involves bearings, guide rods, weight stacks, and/or heavy frames, we strongly recommend hiring a local fitness equipment technician.
Companies such as Fitness Machine Technicians typically charge $200 to $400 per machine, which can save you 2 to 6+ hours, depending on your tools and experience.
Please note that we do not offer assembly services outside of the Los Angeles area, as hiring locally is usually faster and more cost-effective, and we prefer to pass those savings on to you!
