The Temple of Gainz Selectorized Biceps Curl + Triceps Extension Machine brings arm training to your home gym or training studio with this incredible dual-function machine that allows you to isolate your biceps and triceps.

The height of the spring-loaded seat can be adjusted to suit your build, and the built-in platform provides room to rest your feet. The movement arm has nine pin-selected positions, allowing you to perform an upwards biceps curl or downwards triceps extension exercise, at your preferred starting position (for full range-of-motion or partials).

The comfortable rubber grip handle is perfectly shaped to match the contour of your wrist, similar to an "EZ Bar" curl variation. Move your hands closer together for a more "hammer curl" style movement or further apart for a more traditional curl. The handle is also extremely stable and can be used uni-laterally on biceps curls, allowing you to build uniform and symmetrical strength.

At only 3.41' L x 3.28' W, this machine takes up very little space but provides enormous functionality and performance for arm training. A wise man named Arnold Schwarzenegger once said, "The most satisfying feeling you can get in the gym is, the pump." And there's no better muscle group to feel the pump than your biceps and triceps!
