Our innovative pendulum squat machine improves upon legendary pendulum squat machines of the past with new features that make it more ergonomic, adjustable, and effective.

At the core of the pendulum squat machine is a super-smooth movement arm that moves on a fixed path. However, instead of moving linearly, like on a hack squat, the pendulum squat machine allows you to move your body in a more natural and biomechanically correct "circular" angle, which is easier on your knees and lower back.

The machine automatically disengages when you elevate off the platform, and the new Version 2 handles provide comfortable grips that mimic a safety squat bar feel. The rubber stopper in the back can be raised or lowered to select the optimum safety position, allowing you to train until failure if you cannot safely complete a rep.

Our pendulum squat features several key innovative features that separate it from the rest of the pack:
- The inclusion of movement arm weight horns on both the back and front of the machine allow you to "counterbalance" your weight load (versus machines with a fixed front load or no front load at all)

- The footplate adjusts forwards and backwards with eight easy-to-adjust pin-lock stops

- The footplate features seven easy-to-adjust pin-lock angles, from 30 degrees to 50 degrees, allowing you to find the perfect angle for your build and training goals

- Version 2 features a much larger 27" wide by 24" tall fooplate, which allows you to find the optimal foot placement for your goals, with a lower foot placement targeting more quads and a higher foot placement targeting more glutes and hamstrings

- Version 2 also features a much wider and more supportive 14" wide backpad and the convenience of 4x weight storage horns
